The Northeast is HPE’s primary location, and we have regional locations in the Midwest, Southeast, Southwest, Rocky Mountains, and Pacific regions. We can also expand from these initial regions should other nations require our help.

Objectives
1. We acquire land so that no one can damage it, and we preserve it for nature and others. Our organization aims to maintain this land, clear dead trees, and ensure food sources for animals (apple trees, nuts, etc.).
2. We acquire companies that harm Earth (e.g., bulldozing mountains for natural resources, etc.) and find more eco-minded things for them to do.
3. We help repair the damage done to Earth. Many natural and man-made disasters that need remediation have occurred and will likely happen. So, we must proactively plan, preserve, prevent, and solve all matters that may potentially impact our beautiful home planet. Since governments cannot do this alone, we encourage private organizations to be actively and heavily involved in this matter of the utmost importance.
4. We help avoid damage to Earth by pushing for new national, regional, and local legislation. Our organization will lobby for federal, state, and local eco-friendly policies.
5. We educate people on how to be eco-friendly.
